What are the cons of Desmos?

While Desmos is excellent for graphing and visualization, it has some limitations. It doesn’t support symbolic algebra manipulation like solving equations step-by-step or simplifying expressions the way dedicated CAS (Computer Algebra System) tools do. Advanced calculus operations such as Laplace transforms or differential equations solving are not available. Desmos also lacks 3D graphing capabilities natively, though workarounds exist for basic 3D plots. For users needing offline access without the app, internet dependency can be a drawback. Despite these limitations, Desmos remains one of the best free graphing tools available.
